Payment instructions

Bank instructions should identify the approved company beneficiary. Verify any unexpected change with sales through an established contact channel before sending funds. A remittance receipt is reviewed by accounting; an order remains awaiting payment until settled funds are confirmed.

Card payments

Card payments use a secure hosted payment page. Check the order and total before paying. Never send card numbers, passwords or banking credentials in email, a quote request or order notes.

Reporting a concern

If a message, link or request appears suspicious, contact info@360pinball.com. Include the order reference where relevant, but avoid forwarding sensitive payment credentials.
