Terms of sale

These terms describe the purchasing process for 360 Pinball. Read them with the selected product details, delivery, returns and written warranty terms before placing an order.

Products and configurations

Review the selected model, condition, finish, accessories and recorded dimensions before placing an order. Photographs of a model do not establish the condition of a particular used unit. Ask for confirmation of any detail material to your purchase.

Orders, prices and payment

An inquiry is not an order. An order received is not payment confirmation. The final total includes the selected product and options, nationwide outbound delivery at $0 and applicable tax. Bank transfer payment is confirmed after settlement; card payments use an approved hosted provider.

Availability and delivery

Availability and lead times must be confirmed for the selected unit. Preorders and custom work have separate schedules. Delivery estimates may change for the reasons described in the delivery policy. We will communicate material changes and applicable options.

Returns and warranty

Read the Returns & Refunds and Warranty pages and the product’s eligibility before purchasing. Used and customized units are excluded from discretionary returns. These exclusions do not erase applicable remedies for defective, damaged or misdescribed goods or valid warranty claims.

Tax exemption

Exemptions require appropriate documents and approval for the relevant transaction. Checking a form box does not change tax treatment.

Website materials

Product names and manufacturer marks identify the relevant products and remain the property of their respective owners. Site materials may not be copied or reused except as permitted by their rights holder or applicable law.
