Seller warranty coverage lasts 18 months for new units. Used units carry 6 months of limited warranty coverage. Obtain the written terms for your selected unit before purchase.

Coverage for your unit

Read the written warranty to understand covered components, labor, transport, exclusions, eligible uses and available remedies. Manufacturer coverage, where applicable, is separate and depends on the model and its terms.

Request product support

Contact sales@360pinball.com with your order reference, model, serial number where available and a description of the issue. Include relevant photographs and avoid work contrary to manufacturer instructions.

Your rights

The discretionary no-exchange policy does not remove a required warranty remedy or other applicable rights. Ask sales about any coverage detail that is material to your decision before paying.
