Ordering & payment

Two ways to start

Choose your product and configuration, add it to your cart and complete checkout with “Payment instructions by email.” We create your order immediately and send an order confirmation; no payment is taken at checkout. For customization, a larger project or help planning access, use the quote form. A quote request is separate from an accepted order.

A clear total

The checkout amount shows your selected products and delivery at $0. Any applicable sales tax is confirmed for your delivery address on the final invoice sent by email before payment. Review and approve that invoice before sending funds. Nationwide outbound delivery is free, everything inclusive. Tax-exemption requests require appropriate documentation and review for the transaction’s jurisdiction.

Bank transfer

Our sales team emails the company beneficiary and bank instructions with your order’s final invoice. Contact sales if an instruction is unclear. An order and a remittance receipt remain awaiting payment until accounting verifies settled funds; neither is proof that payment has cleared.

Secure card-payment links

Card payments are made on the approved provider’s secure hosted page. For a manually reviewed order, sales sends an order-specific payment link after confirming availability and the final total. This is not instant card checkout. Check that the provider page shows the correct order and total before paying. Never send card details through email or a quote form.

Cryptocurrency

We accept BTC, ETH and USDT. Ask our sales team for the invoice-specific wallet address, supported network and amount before sending funds. Confirm the currency and network against the instructions; do not send cryptocurrency to an unconfirmed address.

Order progress

We distinguish the inquiry, order received, awaiting payment, confirmed payment, fulfillment and completion stages. Payment does not change stock or delivery estimates into a guarantee. We will confirm any product-specific lead time before preparing the order.
