Outbound delivery throughout all 50 states, Washington, DC and every US territory is free, everything inclusive. Product pages, quotes and checkout show delivery at $0. Required outbound delivery services—including access planning, appropriate delivery equipment and placement—are included.
Help us plan your arrival
Tell us about stairs, elevators, doorways, loading docks, vehicle restrictions and the final placement. Access information helps us plan safely; it is not a basis for an extra outbound delivery fee. Unusual access or destinations may need a feasibility review before we accept an order. If we cannot meet your requirements, we will discuss that before payment.
Processing and transit
For a verified in-stock unit, the planned processing range is 1–3 business days, followed by an estimated 4–7 business days in transit. Transit follows processing. Territory and remote-destination transit can vary with carrier routes and transport connections. Product-specific schedules and delivery appointments are confirmed for the selected unit and address. Preorders, custom work and restorations use their own confirmed schedules.
Appointments and working days
Our working hours are Monday–Friday 8am–5pm and Saturday 9am–3pm. Sunday and public holidays are closed. Sunday or holiday delivery requires prior arrangement and carrier agreement. It is not automatically available and does not introduce an outbound delivery surcharge under our inclusive policy.
If the schedule changes
Weather, road closures, seasonal freight volume, carrier capacity and delivery appointment constraints can affect timing. We will notify you of a material change and provide an updated estimate and applicable cancellation or refund options. An explanation of a delay does not remove your rights.
Tax and international inquiries
Applicable sales tax is separate from delivery and is calculated for your transaction and delivery address. International inquiries can be reviewed separately; the US nationwide delivery promise does not establish international checkout availability.
